Toys & Gifts revealed for Christmas 2009

Is it too early to be thinking about christmas already? Well, the Xmas Top 10 toy predictions for 2009 has now been released.

ToysGamesGifts sales team have identified which Christmas toys and gifts will be taking up most of the space on Santas sleigh come the festive season.

Kids’ versions of adult gadgets remain popular as seen with VTech’s KidiZoom and TV learning console. Other popular choices include licensed toys based on the summer blockbusters, from GI Joe to Barbie dolls. Inevitably the ubiquitous Transformer Toys and the Bumblebee Helmet looks like being a top seller for kids this Christmas.

Themes identified have highlighted a new take on traditional children’s toys, such as a Mega’s 2009 version of spinning tops, GXSkate Stunt Skateboards, the latest version of the Rubik’s puzzle and the new Bop It speed.

One interesting twist on the Rubiks cube game is the 3D puzzle version - a high skilled game consisting of coloured spheres and balls with the aim of positioning the balls into the outside pockets.
