Improve Your Chances of Losing 30 Pounds

Saturday, October 11th, 2008

You have tried every fad diet for the last few years and just the same you remain frustrated that pounds keep adding up instead of going down. Then you start to ask yourself: “What have I done wrong?” The answer may be: not having a sensible program to target the real problem.

Fad diets fade away. And after each attempt to follow it, you end up with more pounds to lose. Losing weight is a very personal thing. Some people just have a faster metabolism than the others. You can’t compare yourself with them. What you can do though is find out what makes you fat and what makes you lose the pounds.

How to lose 30 pounds:

If it’s carbs that made you gain an extra pound for the past week, cut your intake. Better yet, start getting active again. You may have spent too much watching TV or browsing the internet and that caused you the extra weight.

Start making a log of your food intake. You can find out easily if you indulged in cakes rather than carrots or soda rather than water. The sooner you find out what’s packing up the pounds, the easier it is to find ways to lose it.

Keep on exercising. Combine it with another sport. Boost your metabolism by eating the right kind of foods. Cut out the fat. Eat more fish. Think lean when it comes to meat. Remove chicken skin. Use the right oil when cooking your food. Olive oil is good oil and fish oil supplements are proven to aid in losing extra weight. Little but healthy considerations can go a long way and improve your changes for losing 30 pounds.

While you can lose 30 pounds fast, like in a month, it is usually not recommended.  That kind of weight change is too drastic for your body.  It won’t kill you if you extend it to 2 or 3 months.  Learn more at How to Lose 30 Pounds

The Best Way To Design A Website Online

Saturday, October 11th, 2008

You can hear talks online concerning how easy it is to design a website that makes money online. Is is really that easy or pure buzz to get you to purchase the next big thing to hit the online market.

All I have to say is that it is not that easy to build a highly profitable web site. But, you can learn how to build a website, that will be fully optimized for the SERPS and highly profitable in a couple of weeks, using the same simple tricks I use daily. It doesn’t matter if you want to create a website for free or for fun.

To win online, you have to learn how to build a website that gets free traffic from the search engines, and implement other simple traffic methods like: forum posting, using ads in ezines, link directory submission, review posting for other peoples products, one way and PPC.

First you have to learn how to do your onsite optimization, and for that you will have to:

1) Insert your keyword into the title of your page

It amazes me how many web site online don’t have their main keyword in the title page. Just make sure to always include your main keyword in the tile page of your site.

2) Add Meta Tags

Not very important as it used to be, but I like to include it in every site I build. Add Description meta tags and your keywords meta tags. Use one or two target keywords per page only. Add your main keyword into your page description.

3) H1 Header Tags

Use your H1 header tag on each page, I always like to use a smaller font size, like 14pt.

4) H2/H3 Header Tags

Try and use at least one H2 or H3 Tags within the first three or four paragraphs

5) Last and First Paragraph

Make sure to start your first paragraph with your main keyword and to end your last paragraph with your keyword

6) Bold, Italize ad Underline your keyword

You must Italize and bold your main keyword just once, and you must use your main keyword to link out of your site to another website (use that link to create an underline keyword) , at least once.

7) The Alt Image Tag

Well, this is very useful if you have a foto that you would like to includeon your site. Try to use the Alt Image Tag for your pages, I use the alt image tag on my website header.

Those are the only onsite optimization tips that you should use on each and every site you build. Try to not make it look too obvious, and over do your Web Site Optimisation. Learn to create a website the easy way by just following the simple tips I have outline here.

How To Find People Free Online

Saturday, October 11th, 2008

There are many ways to find people free online i.e. you can use various methods like people finders, address finders, white pages, reverse look ups etc. With about 3 billion people using the internet, there is a chance to find someone free online especially if they live in countries where internet usage is high.

If you know at least one thing about the person you want to find, then you stand an even better chance. This is possible if you know some kind of information but don’t be dismayed if you don’t have any background information about the person.

So before you start looking for someone online, take some time to write as much as you know about the person you are looking for - the name, surname, phone number, email address, street address, residential address, occupation, social security number, birthday etc. This should be more like a profile about hobbies, names, interests, friends, relatives, organization worked for, nicknames, schools attended if you want to do a classmate search and more.

Amongst the many free ways to find someone online, you can use what is called a reverse look up. You can use any of the information you have about the person, for example, if you have an email enter the email exactly as it is on the search bar such as Google, or if you have a phone number, try entering it and see what turns up. Google has great people search operators, the bphonebook and rephonebook, which can search a business and residential listings respectively.

You should also try to search blogs. This is because almost anyone who uses the internet on a continuous bases has a blog or has posted a message on one or more blogs. You can search for blogs using Technorati, a search engine that you can use to search blogs.

Don’t forget the obvious ways to find people free - you can ask a mutual friend or colleague about the whereabouts of the person you are looking for. Think about people that might know this person and are more likely to be listed somewhere on the web. If you can at least find these mutual friends online, then you can use them to generate some leads about the person you are looking for. If you know the person’s previous address, do visit there to ask the neighbors, they are usually very helpful in providing information about current street or residential addresses.

You should also look at widely available public sources and white pages to find the person’s address free. There are some websites that offer free people finder tools and content to help you get reunited with your friend without paying a cent.
